I wanted to try this almond flour pancake for a while. For the first attempt, I made it with pure almond flour and coconut flour. My sons didn’t like the texture. So this time instead of making pure almond flour I wanted to try a mix of pancake flour and almond flour. It came out super tasty and kids also love it. You can try this for your kid’s breakfast/brunch or even for a snack box
Ingredients
Almond flour – 3/4 cup
Pancake flour – 1 cup
Coconut flour – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Milk – 1 cup (I have used low fat)
baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Butter for making pancake
Method:
Take all the ingredients (except butter). In a bowl and make a smooth batter
Heat a flat pan and pour batter drizzle butter. cook it in low flame. Once done turn it over and cook again
Repeat. Serve with your favorite spread
