Avocado(guacamole) Milo Milk Shake

For the goodness of Avocado I try to include as part of our diet at least twice a week. My First son loves the taste of it even as plain but for second one it is hard to make him eat. So was thinking easier way of making something interesting so that he will start taking Avocado. Tried out this and he loves it


Ingredients:


Milk – 500ml
Sugar – 5 teaspoon

Milo – 4 tablespoon
Ice cubes – few (optional)


Method:


Take out the skin and cut avocado
Put little water and blend it
When it become smooth paste Add milk, sugar and milo powder 
And run the mixie for 2 mins
Serve it chilled with ice cubes (if you use ice cubes)
