My kids are big fans of milkshakes esp with bananas. They are willing to try different ones also. Most of the time I try to do something healthy .. I tried this with normal banana and frozen ones.. I find frozen ones are more creamy. This will give power start for the day
Ingredients
3 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1.5 cup Milk ( I have used high calcium low fat milk)
Place banana, peanut butter, and milk in a blender. Blend for about 1 minute or until mixture is completely smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
