Ingredients: (below will serve 8 Tortilla)
Tortilla – Number as required
Yellow Bell Pepper – 1
Green Bell Pepper – 1
Rajma / Red Kidney Beals- 1/2 cup
Black Beans – 1/2 cup
Onion finely chopped – 2 tablespoon
Pasta Sauce – 8 Tablespoon
Cheese of you choice I used 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon per Tortilla and used mozzarella /Cheddar Cheese
Salt as required
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Soack beans overnight and pressure cook it with salt
Deseed the peppers and cut into small pieces
Heat the kada and add oil
When Oil hot add Onion fry for 2 mins
Add Bell pepper and fry for 3 mins add pinch of salt. Mix in the cooked Dhals. Mix well
Apply butter to the grill plates
Heat Tortilla for 10 Sec
Apply Pasta Sauce on Tortilla
Keep the vegetable and dhal in one half of the tortilla
Add 1 tablespoon on the top
Fold it (into half circle)
Close the sandwich maker and heat it for 3 mins. If you are using microwave keep it in microwave or tawa and Heat till cheese is melty
