Bhel Poori (Puri)

I love this as this allows me to mix whatever you like and make it more interesting. My kids eat this but all ingredients separately 🙂


Ingredients


Curshed Poori  – 1 Cup
Puffed Rice – 1 Cup
Grated Carrot – 1/2 Cup ( Sometime I will add 3/4)
Finely cut onion – 1 tablespoon
Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon

Chopped Tomatoes – 1 tablespoon
Cooked whole dhal – 1/2 Cup ( I use different type everytime today added Chana)
Sweet chutney – 3 teaspoon ( I like to use more so u can add more if you like)
Green Chutney – 3 Teaspoon  ( I like to use more so u can add more if you like)
Sev – 1/2 Cup (If I don’t have sometime I add cronflakes, Sometime Murukku)


Method:


In a broad bowl mix crushed poori, Puffed rice and half of Sev/Cronflake/murukku
Add Carrot, Tomatoes, Chana (or any whole dhal)
Mix briskly with laddle and serve immediately. Garnish with rest of the sev, cut onions and Coriander Leaves
