Bottle gourd wheat dosa / Adai

I love this recipe for few reasons it is simple, no fermentation needed, healthy, Inclusion of vegetable and the most strong reason, my family love it. This can be done instantly and requires less effort. I normally do it for dinner. This can be good breakfast item also. This is a definite keep recipe
Ingredients:

Bottle gourd / Lauki / Sorrakkai / Dudhi – 2 cup (grated) Normally I use full medium size one.
Cumin seed power – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon (Finely chopped)
Curry Leaves – 10 (finely chopped)
Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
Salt per taste
Rice flour – 2 tablespoon
Atta / Wheat flour – 1.5 cups
Oil – For shallow fryig the dosa / ada
Method:

Grate bottle gourd. Keep the water that comes out of bottle gourd. Mix all the ingredients and keep it for 20-30 mins. Mix in the water and just before making dosa. Consistency of the batter should be similar to rava dosa.
Heat the flat tawa. Pour the batter from outside of the tawa to inner side (similar to how you do rava dosa). Apply oil around it. Cook well till the side start to brown in low medium flame. Flip to other side and cook till crispy
Serve it with chutney / Sambar
