Broccoli Cheesy Wrap

During weekends we try to stay away from bread for breakfast. Kids love wrap. I hate broccoli due the texture of it. However my both the kids and my husband like it.  I heard enough about the goodness of it. So I use it in wraps (of course I will have different option )

Ingredients:
(Serves 7 – 8 wrap)

Broccoli – 4 Cups
Shredded cheese of your choice ( I have used mozzarella and Cheddar) – 240 g. Each wrap about 30g of cheese
Tomato Sauce (alternatively you can use pasta Sauce)
Wraps – 7 (I normally use the ready made wholemeal. You can use left over chapatti or thin Maida roti)

Method

Cook Broccoli with bit of salt and 2 tablespoon of water (Microwave in high temp for 3-4 mins). Shake it in between (Every 1 1/2 mins)
Microwave wrap for a few seconds to make it pliable. Or you can heat it tawa
When it is hot spread tomato sauce
Add thin layer of cheese
add 2 tablespoon of Broccoli
Add another thin layer of cheese

Heat the wrap till cheese melt

close the edges and serve hot

Note: I use low fat cheese, wholemeal wrap in this recipe
