Butter Chilli Corn

Corn is something I love from my childhood. Normal grilled or roasted corn is what my mum does. I have tried this when I visited my office few years back in our office canteen. From then onwards this became a regular snack / salad at our home. It is a very low calorie snack. It is so simple to make. I do it with fresh corn. You can do it with frozen one

Ingredients

Cooked Corn – 1 cup (2 corn cobs)
Unsalted Butter – 2 teaspoon or oil – 2 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon (You can add pepper powder instead of chilli powder)
Chat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt per taste

Method:

Pressure cook the corn with salt and remove the kernels. If you don’t have fresh corn use frozen and cook per instruction on the pack.
Heat the kada and add butter. When butter melt add chilli powder, chat masala and fry for 30 sec. Add cooked corn and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Switch off the flame and enjoy this snack
