Cabbage Soya chunks curry

Before I found this recipe most of the time when I buy soya chunk I couldn’t finish before the expiry. Same goes for Cabbage. Kids not found of Cabbage as vegetable. They have started having Cabbage after this Curry. Now any form of Cabbage also ok with them. This curry also good because it is very high in Protein
Ingredients:

250 gms cabbage (finely chopped)
1 cup soya chunks
1 tea spoon Chilli powder
1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1 teaspoon jeera
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic (chopped finely)
1 teaspoon Ginger (Chipped Finely)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2  tomatoes
2  green chillies
4 teaspoon of oil
Salt per taste
Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

Take a vessel, boil 2 cups of water.  Add 1 tea spoon salt to it.  Soak the soya chunks for 10 to 15 mins.  Drain water.  Squeeze the chunks, add some more water and drain it again.  This helps to remove the raw smell of soya.
Heat Kada and add table spoon of oil.  
Add jeera, when jeera starts spluttering add finely chopped onions and green chillies.  
Fry until the onions turn brown.  
Add Garlic and Ginger. Fry for few mins
Add  Chilli powder and dhaniya powder.  
Stir well and add finely chopped tomatoes.  Cook until the tomatoes leave  oil.  
Now add finely chopped cabbage,Soya chunks and salt. 
Mix well, close the  lid and cook for 10 to 12 mins in a low flame until the curry is done. 

Decorate with coriander leaves
