Carrot, Celery and Ginger Juice

This is one of my regular juice in the past (noteI didn’t say favourite). I do it because it is good for health and cholesterol and weight loss. Couple of week one of my colleague brought sandwich which had celery. It was pretty good. So thought of giving it a try again. This time I felt it is not a bad choice. Well kids didn’t like it.


Ingredients:
Carrot – 2
Celery – 2 stick

Ginger – 1 inch
Optional — Honey – 1 tablespoon / Brown sugar – 3 teaspoon / normal sugar – 3 teaspoon


Method:


Put carrot, ginger and Celery thro’ juicer
Mix honey/sugar (if you are adding)
Add Ice Cube if needed
Serve in tall glass
