Ingredients
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Cauliflower – 1 head (cut into florets)
Ginger – 2 inch piece (finely chopped)
Green Chilly – 1 (split into 2)
Cumin Seeds – 3/4 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala
salt to taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves – for garnish
Method
Here is what you will need.Chop the ginger and green chilli. Cut the cauliflower into florets.Heat a kada and when it is hot add oil. Add cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Saute for 1 minute or until the cumin seeds crackles.
Add the ginger and green chilli. Saute for 30 seconds.Add the cauliflower. mix it well Allow this to cook for 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower starts to lightly brown.Add the red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. mix it well.
Add the garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. Season with more salt as needed.
