Today I wanted to try something different with Dosa. Long time ago I made Cauliflower kurma and made uttapam with that. it went very well with Dosa & my guests loved it. This kurma can go well with Chappati, Idli or Dosa.
I missed taking snap of it.. Will update once I get chance.
Ingredients
Cauliflower- 3 Cups
Big Onion-medium sized, chopped finely – 1
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Gram masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil-a tbsp
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon

Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
To Grind:
Cashew nuts -10 (Soak and grind to smooth paste)
Method:
Cut Cauliflower into small flowerlets and put it in Saltwater with water
Heat oil in the Kada when hot add oil.
When Oil is hot add onion and fry till it is soft
Add Ginger-gralic paste and fry till it is brown in color
Add Tomato and fry till it is very soft
Add Turmeric powder and gram masala powder and fry for 3 mins
Add Cauliflower and salt and cook it well (if u are using pressure cooker you can cook till one whistle)
Once it cool down heat the gravy again and add Grinded paste (add water to desired consistency)
And let it boil. switch off
Decorate it with coriander leaves
