My son wanted to make pizza dosa for his friends. I run out of most of the vegetables  so I decided to make simple garlic and chilies. Normally when I make these types of dosa I plan to make a few dosas and rest plain dosa it

Ingredients:

  • Dosa Batter – 1/2 cup
  • garlic – 4 tablespoon
  • green chili – 1-2 (chopped finely)
  • Cheese – 1 tablespoon (for 2 dosa)
  • green capsicum – 3 tablespoons
  • Grated cheese – 2 tablespoon (for 2 dosa)
  • Spring onion – 1 tablespoon (for 2 dosa)
  • salt to taste
  • Butter / oil – 2 teaspoons (for 2 dosa) +1 teaspoon of oil 
 
Method:
 

Heat pan with oil. Add garlic, green chilies. Fry till brown in color. Add Capsicum and salt fry for 2 mins. Once done switch it off

Heat dosa pan and take a full ladle of batter and spread it. Apply 1/2 teaspoon oil let it cook it for a min. Add garlic mixture. Add cheese, spring onion. Cook in very low flame for 30 sec.

Add cheese & let it melt. Once done remove it from pan

Serve hot
