Ingredients:
Frozen Banana – 1
Dates – 2-4
Milk – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coffee Powder – 1 teaspoon
Unsweeten Coco Powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Ice Cubes as required
Chia seeds – 1 Tablespoon (soak it in 2-3 tablespoon of water)
Add ice cubes and rest of Milk. Whip again. Add in Soaked chia seeds
