Corn and Spring Onion Vada

Adding Sweet corn into vada really give a nice sweet, spicy combo which gives quite a unique taste to vadai. I have used fresh corn without cooking. It tasted good. You can use frozen ones too. I love to try different variations to vada. Initially I wanted to add cheese but I decided against as not sure how it will taste in.But I will post another version with cheese soon. This is perfect treat for kids esp after school.
