Ingredients
Wheat Rawa – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Green Chillies – 2
1 Tomato
Old Sour Curd – 1 cup
Bengal gram dhal – 1 teaspoon
Urad dhal – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves – few
Mint Leaves – 2
Oil – 4 teaspoons
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon or as per taste
Carrot for decoration
Method
In a kadai, put the rawa and dry fry till it changes its colour. Remove it and keep aside.
When it is cool down put the sour curd and mix it well. Keep it for 30 mins

In the same kadai, put the oil and when it is hot, add the mustard. When it pops up, add the dhals and red chillies broken into bits fry till the dhal turns light brown. Add chopped onion and curry leaves. Fry till onions are transparent.
Add tomato and mix it it well. ( need to fry for longer period or till it become soft)
Add two cups of water along with salt. Bring to boil. When it starts boiling, add the soaked rawa and stir well. Close with lid and cook on low flame till all the water is absorbed and the rawa is cooked well.
sometime I will leave it till it get roasted (needs little more oil). Today I have taken out early
