Green Gram Dal sprouts salad recipe with pomegranate seeds

We had small family gathering. I was looking for some simple and healthy starter. I had some sprouts so decided to do some quick salad. This doesn’t require any cooking. Perfect for a starter or meal for dieters. 

Ingredients:
Sprouted Green Gram – 1 cup
Onion – 1 (chopped finely)
Pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to your spice level)
Salt to taste
Tomatoes – 1 (chopped finely)
Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 to 1.5 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)



Method:


Take a wider bowl. Add lemon juice, pepper and salt. Mix well. Now add rest of the ingredients and mix well

Salad is ready to be served. I prefer to mix all together just 30 mins before serving.
