Water Habit:

  • Drink Adequate water 1.5 to 2 liter
  • Drink water at regular intervals (every 15 mins one mouth)
  • Don’t drink lot of water at a go
  • You can substitute water with non sugar drinks like plain green tea, zero coke etc..
  • When you eat more fatty items make sure you take more green tea
