Protein Recommendation
In this I would like to provide healthy option for protein

Low fat cheese,Paneer (once or twice a week), Tofu, Plain Yogurt, Egg, Seafood, skinless chicken, whole grains like Qiuona, low fat / skim milk etc..
If you are not having cholesterol consider having yellow yolk for twice a week
If you have cholesterol you should avoid yellow
Follow serving size and your  recommended intake
