Ingredients:
Idli Batter – 2 cup
Horse Gram – 3/4 cup (soaked over night)
Onion – 1 chopped finely
Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoon (Finely chopped)
Method:
Soak Horse Gram overnight and grind it with salt
Mix grinded paste to Idli batter and mix it well. Add Water if required (batter should be in idli batter consistency)
Heat the kada and add oil
When it is hot add Curry Leaves and green chillies fry for 20 sec
Add onion and fry till it is soft (no need to fry till brown)
Mix it with batter. Add coriander leaves and mix it well
Heat the paniyaram chatti and add 1 drops oil into each hole.
