Horse gram – 1 cup (Soak Overnight and pressure cook it )
Onions – 2 (chopped)
Ginger – 1 Inch. (finely chopped)
Garlic – 4 Pods. (Finely chopped)
Tomato (big) – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 2 (slit into 2)
Garam masala -1/4 tsp.
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 3/4 to 1 teaspoon (per spice level).
Subji Masala – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
Salt (to taste)
Oil
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp. (chopped)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and fry till it is brown.
Add Onion and ginger and fry till is light brown
