Ingredients
2 cup horsegram dal
Salt to taste
4 strings of curry leaves
6-8 red chillies
1 Tablespoon Black pepper
Method
Dry roast the horsegram and red gram dal seperately till slightly red.
Dry roast the red chillies amd curry leaves (Keep it in microwave in high power till it is crispy. When u crush it will become powder)
Combine Horse gram, red chillies, curry leaves and pepper in mixie. Let it cool off
Grind to nice powder with salt
Store in an air-tight container. Serve with hot rice and ghee.
Note: If you prefer Chillies than pepper you can add more chillies and reduce the pepper. I prefer pepper taste so I have added more pepper
