Till I started the blog we didn’t celebrate this festival. After starting the blog it is just a simple pooja I am still checking on how to traditionally celebrate Karadaiyan nombu. I saw Chitra posting how to do pooja?. In Summary it is festival in which a wife prays for her husband. For more details pls refer to her post. I have posted Sweet version of Karadaiyan nombu adai, This time I would like to post the salted version. This is more or less like steamed upuma.. It is perfect for an after school snack too.
