I was talking to one of my friends, she told me all about karupatti goodness. She had low hemoglobin and she had diet with karupatti and within 8 months she had very high hemoglobin. I used to read this in magazines but I didn’t really believe it. After hearing, her I started to think about having this for at least a couple of days in our diet. The interesting part is to figure out dish which kids would like to have too. I will post a few recipes with Karupatti which every one can have. Do try and let me know your feedback
