After I did Keema naan I had some left over masala. My son wanted to have bite size samosa for quite a while. I had some store bought samosa sheet in the fridge. Bingo! I decided to make this quick evening snack for my kids (of course for ourself too). I have fried it. You can bake it. If don’t have store bought samosa sheet follow my recipe to make the dough from scratch. For other samosa recipes pls refer below
Do try this for your kids in this summer!

Garam Masala – 3/4 teaspoon
Onion – 1 (chopped finely)
Garlic – 5 pods

Method:
Let’s do Masala. Cook Potato with salt. Add Soya chunks in boiling water and cook for 5 mins. Drain it and let it cool down. Squeeze the extra water and mash it with potato.
Heat oil 2 teaspoon add garlic and fry till slight brown. Add onion and fry till transparent.
Add tomatoes and fry till mussy.
Add mixed vegetable and let it cook. Add Potato, Meal maker mix.
Add all the masala powders (turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, Coriander powder, salt) mix well. And cook till desired consistency.Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Let it cool down. Keep it aside. Mix water to all purpose flour and salt. Make a thick paste and keep it aside.
Defrost the samosa sheet. Take one sheet and cut it to desired size
Place masala at one end and fold it as shown in pic
Apply Maida paste and seal it.
Prepare all the samosas. Heat Oil in a deep curved pan. When oil hot place the samosa (you can add few samosa at a time depends on space).
Cook it till all the sides are cooked to gloden brown color.. Drain the extra oil and take it out.
Place it on kitchen tissue paper to drain excess oil.
Serve hot
