Maida Pakoda

My son came back very late and he was asking for some snack. I didn’t have anything at home pretty much only nuts and biscuits. So wanted to do something quick and goes well with Tomato sauce. He is not a big fan of onion. This taste good if eaten hot. Otherwise it felt little soggy

Ingredients:

Maida – 4 Tablespoon
Curd – 2 teaspoon
Green chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
Salt per taste

Onion – 2 tablespoon
Curry leaves and Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Method:

Mix the above in broader vessel and mix water little by little.
Make it to think paste so that you can scoop it
Heat the oil for deep frying
When the oil is hot scoop the batter and put it in hot oil. Fry till it is brown. Turning the balls at regular intervals
Take it out and put it in tissue paper to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with sauce
