Ingredients
Bread Slices – 8 ( I have used brown bread)
Rawa (Suji) – 1/2 Cup
Yogurt – 1/4 Cup
Tomato (Big size) – 1
Onion (medium size) – 1
Green Chillies – 2
Coriander leaves – few
Red Chilli Powder – two small pinches
Salt as per taste
Oil / Bread butter – for toasting on tawa
Method:
Chop onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves finely.
Remove the sides from the corners of the bread slice and cut it into 2 half.
Put the rawa (suji) in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Then add the chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, yogurt and coriander leaves to the rawa. Mix it nicely. If necessary sprinkle little water and make a thick paste like consistency.
Heat flat Kada. Coat the bread slices with the rawa paste, apply butter on top of it and put it on Tawa. Cook till it is brown and turn it over and cook again
Serve with Tomato sauce or sweet chutney
