Mushroom Chilli Fry – Simple Mushroom recipes

Mushroom! what a versatile ingredients.. It is so easy to incorporate it in your cooking it is just whether you love it or hate it.  This recipe is very simple yet very satisfying dish. If you are a mushroom lover must try. For me it can be just snack or go with any rice
Ingredients
Mushroom – 500g
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon (Adjust to your spice level)
Butter / oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste ( Since this is plain mushroom dish be careful with salt.)



Method


Wash and clean the mushroom and slice it thinly. Heat the pan and add butter. When it is melted ad cut mushroom and fry for a min. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Continue to cook till Mushroom is done and crispy Stir in between. Mushroom will leave lot of water and you have to fry till it is fully absorbed.

         

Serve hot
