Mushroom Pepper Fry -Simple vegetarian side dish / poriyal

My kids love mushroom in any form. Mushroom is their most favourite vegetable. Not just them even my sis kids love it. Last time when we visited my sister she did this simple mushroom fry which disappeared very fast (even before meal time). Even though it is done with simple ingredients it is very flavourful
Ingredients:
Mushroom – 450 g
Butter – 2 teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste



Method
Heat the butter in the pan. Add mushroom and salt and saute till mushroom is cooked. Add pepper powder and fry till mushroom is crisp. Mushroom will leave out the water and if you fry in medium high flame the water will evaporate.

    Interesting variation of the mushroom pepper fry 🙂 I made this too recently, however a very different recipe. Pepper and mushrooms combine very well, don't they?!
