Nutella Balls with Peanut

I don’t really bake at home however after starting this blog I have been thinking of trying out. Of course kids encourage me lot. Last week I did Cookies. I was browsing around in the net for easy options (have to start there first right) for eggless baking or kids friendly dessert I came across this in http://www.rakskitchen.net/2012/02/nutella-truffles-nutella-recipes.html. My son was with me that time and from the minute we saw this he was asking me when we are doing this. The recipe was so easy and came out pretty good.
Give it a try!

Ingredients:

Nutella – 4 Tablespoon
Cookies ( I have used Milk Coffee biscuts) – 12
Peanut powder (Coarse) – 5 Tablespoon
Butter – 1 teaspoon
Coco Powder for rolling

Method:

In a microwave-able bowl, take nutella and butter and melt it for 1 and 1/2 minutes.

Add crushed biscuits and Peanut powder to it and mix well.

Let it cool down. Make desired sized balls and arrange in grease paper.

Roll in coco powder to coat it well and arrange it.

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.

My son gave me Distinction for this! Easy way to score with your kids!
