Ingredients:
Thur Dhal – 1 Cup
Red Chillies – 4
Curry Leaves – 2 Strings
asafoetida – 1/4 teaspoon
Oats – 2 Cup
Onion – 1
Method:
Dry roast Oats
Powder it coarsely in mixie
Soak Thuar Dhal, Red Chillies, Onion, Curry Leaves for 2 hours
Grind it in Mixie (dosa Consistency)
Add asafoetida,Oats and salt and run the mixie for one round
Heat tawa and pour the batter and spread it (like you do it for plain dosa)
Note: you can try this in Grinder also
