I love Quinoa.. It is good replacement for rice. I love any dishe with it. This salad is really refreshing. Make sure you make this ahead at least 30 mins so that flavour sets in nicely. If you are not a big fan of Ginger give this recipe a miss
Ingredients:
Orange – 1 chopped into desired shape
Cooked Quinoa -1 cup (I have used red one)
Cilantro leaves / coriander leaves – 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Ginger juice – 1 tablespoon
Honey – 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix in lemon juice, ginger juice, pepper, salt and honey. Take a broader vessel, Combine all the ingredients mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 30 mins. serve chilled
