I wanted to try this overnight oats version for quite sometime.. I got around it only this weekend. It tasted so nice and perfect for a lazy weekend. It is up to you what you want to add to it. No cooking is required. You can assemble everything a day before and have it in the morning.
Ingredients:
Milk – 1 Cup
Vanilla flavoured yogurt – 2.5 tablespoons
Oats – 1/2 Cup
Raisin – 2 teaspoon
Walnut – 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
Honey – 1 to 2 teaspoons (depends on the sweetness)
craneberry and pistachio – 1 teaspoon each
Method:
Add all the above ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate it for overnight
Enjoy it next day morning. I have add more fruits and nuts (Pista and Cranberry)

This seems to be a very easy and easy to assemble kind of breakfast with least amount of prep work.
That is so similar to the muesli we have here. The only difference is that all ingredients are soaked in apple juice and refrigerated over night. And then yoghurt is added just before serving. This one looks interesting too…
Delicious!!
