Paneer Butter Masala

I was not a big fan of Paneer before my diet program last year. So the Paneer dish I do is with Spinach (Palak Paneer). However I started doing my diet and being vegetarian one of the 3 options for me to include protein as part of my diet is Cheese (any form of course low fat). With some hesitation I started to try different dishes out of Paneer. Last year when we visited India we went to restaurant and my kids ordered Paneer Butter masala. They fell in love with that. When we are back my son continue to ask for it (even now when we dine at north Indian this is definitely one of the side dish we order) . It is easy to do it at home. After much of search and few try below is the recipe we stick to it… It is simple yet very satisfying dish.
