After trying chocolate banana sandwich I wanted to try peanut butter banana sandwich. Normally when my kids are at home I serve 2 fruits for their breakfast. Initially I thought of using green apple but my son asked for banana. So I made this with banana. If you prefer Green Apple go ahead and replace banana with green apple. I have used Grill for this but you can do it on the flat tawa too…
Ingredients
Brown bread / any time of bread – 4 slices
Butter – 1/4 teaspoon per bread
Peanut Butter – 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon per sandwich
Cinnamon sugar – as needed
Cinnamon sugar – as needed
Banana – 1/2 per sandwich or Green Apple – 1/4 per sandwich
Method:
Heat the grill. Apply butter on one side of the bread and place the bread in the Grill (placing the buttered side touch the grill)
Close it with another buttered bread (buttered side should be on the top) and peanut butter on the inner side. Close the toaster and Toast it
