For some reason I ended up with couple of boxes of silken Tofu. I wanted to try smoothies with tofu for quite some time. So I tried this time with peanut butter. This is good Breakfast shake or after workout .. If you are peanut lover this one is something you must try
Ingredients
Frozen Banana – 1 (medium size)
Silken Tofu – 100 g
Peanut Butter – 1 Tablespoon to 1.5 tablespoon (look for vegan option)
Maple syrup / honey / sugar – as required ( I didn’t use it at all)
Vanilla essence – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste (Peanut butter will have some salt so check before you add anything additional)
Cinnamon powder – 1/4 teaspoon
