Peanut (Ground Nut) Pakoda

I love Peanut anytime, any form. It was pouring outside and my son was asking do we have snack at home instead of regular fruit serving for evening snack time. It has been decade since I did pakoda. Also It is easy and quick to do. Normally kids enjoy masala peanut. So I thought of doing peanut pakoda. I wanted to try out with mix of Oats flour. It came out very crispy and tasty

1/2 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon red chilli powder

One spring curry leaves
Oil for deep frying

Method:
Mix Bengal gram dhal flour, rice flour, groundnuts, red chilli powder, curry leaves, salt.
Add one tablespoon hot oil and mix well.

Just sprinkle handful of water and make a loose dough. (if not enough water sprinkle again)

Heat the Oil in deep kada

Put this dough little by little into hot oil

Deep fry till shh sound goes off and golden brown. Serve hot.

My kids enjoy this with tomato sauce
