Pear Soup

Due to the water content in pears it is really good to for skin and weight management. It is easy and taste almost like Rasam. It goes well as starter. I love it with bread so I have added shallow roasted bread to the soup


Ingredients


Pears (watery type) – 2
Tomato – 3
Garlic – 2 Pods
Pepper Corns – 5 pieces

Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli – 1 
Pepper poweder – 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Salt as per taste


Method:


Cut the Pears and take out the seeds. No need to scrap the skin
Cut the tomato into big pieces
Pressure cook all the ingredients till 3 whistle and let it cool down
Grind to paste and add water if required to get to soup consistency. Add salt and mix it well
Heat the kada and pour the grinded mixture and let it boil
Add Pepper powder if need more spiceness
