Ingredients:
Firm Tofu diced – 1 Cup
Corn Flour – 2 tablespoon (Mix with water and make paste out of it)
Pepper – 1 teaspoon (or to your spice level)
Sat per taste
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Spring Onion – 1 stalk Cut into small pieces
Oil – 1 table spoon
Method
Add pepper, salt, turmeric powder into corn paste
Add in Tofu to this paste (and with careful dipping make sure the paste is covered all sides of tofu). You cannot dip as Tofu will break you need to take the paste and pour over the tofu pieces instead
Marinate the Tofu for 1 hour
Heat the kada add 1/2 teaspoon of oil
When it is hot ad Spring onion pieces and fry for 5 mins and keep it aside
Heat the rest of the oil in the same kada
When the oil is hot add the marinated Tofu and reduce the flame
Let it get it fry till golden brown slowly turn the Tofu till all the sides are fried till golden brown
Mix in Spring onion and mix well
Serve hot (with some Tomato sauce)
