Pineapple Coconut Milk Smoothie

Pineapple Coconut Milk Smoothie is a refreshing and tropical beverage that’s perfect for a hot summer day. This smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients that will keep you feeling energized and satisfied.

I saw this recipe at Yummylife. this is a new combo smoothie with the combination of coconut milk and Greek yogurt. So when I saw the recipe I was very tempted. So I have decided to give it a try.  

You can replace sugar with your favourite sweetner. Also, if you don’t like chia seeds you could completely omit it

Addition of coconut milk enhance the flovour of this smoothie. You could replace it with any milk of your choice. This is naturally vegan friendly.

Ingredients To Make Pineapple Coconut Milk Smoothie :


Quick cooking oats – 1/4 cup (I have used Quaker oats)
Chia seeds – 1-1/2 teaspoons
Coconut Milk – 1 cup ( I have used home made.)
Greek Yogurt – 1/4 cup 
Pineapple chunks – 1 cup (frozen works too. I have used fresh)
Sugar – 2 teaspoons (Optional. Adjust to pineapple sweetness)

Step by Step to make Pineapple Coconut Milk Smoothie:

Add oats,pineapple, Sugar if using and chia seeds to blender / food processor. Blend to smooth paste. Add yogurt, Coconut milk and whip to desired smoothness.

I had it immediately but the recipe called for 4 hours or overnight refrigeration.
Shake before drinking.

      sorry I don't know the way to calculate those.. But I have see there are tools in the web which does the calculation based on the recipe
