Ingredients:
1 cup of Wheat flour (can use wholemeal flour)
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Soft Tofu – 3 Tablespoon
Water
Method:
Prepare dough by mixing together Tofu, ½ cup of water with 1 tsp salt and wheat flour.
Knead well. ( The secret is about how well you kead. She users palm to knead)
Keep aside for about 45 mins.
Take some dough and make small balls – size half of tennis balls.
Dust with wheat flour.
Roll into chapatis on a rolling board.
Ready the chapati tawa and keep on flame.
Once it is half done on the other side you put it directly on the flame
Ready to serve.
