Ingredients
Cooked Quinoa – 1 Cup
Cooked Pumpkin – 1Cup (Cut the Pumpkin into smaller cube (u can leave skin if the skin is clean and soft).Add a pinch of Turmeric powder and salt. Cook till the pumpkin is soft)
Onion (small) – chopped in lengthwise 1/4 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Sambar Powder – 1 to 2 teaspoon.
Green chilli – 1 (Optional) Slit into 2
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves – 10
Method
Heat the Kada
Mash the Pumpkin and keep it aside
Add oil and when it is hot add Cumin seeds
When it crackle add Green Chilli and curry leaves fry for 20 sec
Add mashed pumpkin and sambar powder
Let it cook for 3-5 mins
Add Cooked Pumpkin and mix well
Let it cooked for 5 mins
Switch it off and serve hot
