Ingredients:
Cooked Qiuona (cooked from 1 cup raw Qiuona seeds)
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Cucumber – 1 samll one (cut 1/2 cup)
Carrot – 1/2 Cup
Method:
Combine all the ingredients into large bowl
Mix well
This can be served hot or chilled according to your preference.
