Qiuona Cucumber, Carrot Salad

Qiuona is very high in protein. This is counted as whole grain serving for the day. This keeps you fuller for long time. When you are dieting this is very good substitute for rice. Some people may not like the taste of Qiuona. This is one of my favourite


Ingredients:


Cooked Qiuona (cooked from 1 cup raw Qiuona seeds)
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon

Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoon
Salt as required
Cucumber – 1 samll one (cut 1/2 cup)
Carrot – 1/2 Cup


Method:


Combine all the ingredients into large bowl
Mix well 
This can be served hot or chilled according to your preference.
