This is my Husband’s all time favourite. Even bad dish will go well with him if he has this. It is so easy to do (esp after weekend outings :-))
Ingredients:
Carrot – 1
Curry leaves – 1 string
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Urad dhal – 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
Green Chillies – 2
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Method:
Grate the Carrot
Slit the Green Chillies and add to carrot
Heat small kada add Oil
When it is hot add Mustard Seeds
When it start to splutter add urad dhal and fry till brown
Add curry leaves leave it for 20 sec
Pour this on Carrot
Add salt and Lemon juice
Mix it well. It is ready to be served
