Ragi Dosa recipe – Finger Millet dosa recipe – Healthy breakfast, Dinner recipe – Diabetic friendly recipe – South Indian Breakfast recipe

I had Finger millet in the fridge for a while so I wanted to make use of it. When I was talking to my mum she was mentioning this dosa but using pearl millet. I decided to try the same recipe with finger millet. My husband and my first son who is not big fan of finger millet loved this recipe. They told me this dosa hardly tastes like any millet recipe.. So you can try this for including millet as part of your diet
Ingredients


Idli rice – 1.5 cup
Ragi / Finger millet – 1.5 cup
Urad dhal – 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds – 1/8 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil – for cooking dosa



Method:


Wash and soak Idli rice, ragi, urad dhal, fenugreek seeds together for 3-4 hrs.

Grind it to smooth batter. Add salt and mix well

Let it ferment it for 6 hrs or overnight. Heat flat pan and take a laddle fully of batter and spread it outward. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of oil and let it cook

Remove it from pan and serve hot
