I am a big fan of Rasam. In the early days in Singapore, we didn’t have many options to have good South Indian food in Singapore.. Those days we have visited Komalas almost every weekend. One of my fav dish there is Rasam Vada. However, Rasam is not a favorite with my kids. So most of the time nowadays I do it only during weekends these days. It so happens this week I had Rasam and Vada on the same day. So I can enjoy my Rasa Vada
Ingredients:
Vada – 3
Rasam – 1.5 Cup
Coriander Leaves – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
Method:
Arrange the vadas in serving plate. Pour rasam On top of it. And let it soak for at least 30 mins and enjoy it
