Soup is something I always had a love-hate relationship. When I start to have soup (esp as a meal replacement I try for a few weeks and stop for a while). I pretty much love all soups esp without cream. When I make it as a meal replacement I throw in cooked quinoa, brown rice, red rice etc.. This one can be served as a starter. If you serve with toasted bread this can be a full meal for a day when you want to have a light meal. This soup really good combination of flavors
