Rawa Roti

Yesterday when we plan for the meals I have decided to do Rava Roti. This is first time I have tried. It really tasted good. You should eat it hot. One it is cool it is bit harder

Ingredients:
Rava –  1 cup
Grated carrot – 1/2 cup
Grated Cucumber-  1/2 Cup
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon

Jeera – 1 teaspoon
curry leaves-  4 chopped finely


Yogurt – 1 tablespoon

Green Chillies Chopped finely – 2 teaspoon (adjust to ur spice level)

Salt

Method
Pour Rava to a big bowl.

Add grated carrot, coriander leaves, grated Cucumber, curry leaves, jeera,yogurt, green chillies and salt
Mix throughly if needed sprinkle water and make a dough.
Leave it for 30 mins
Take a lemon size ball and flatten with hand on plastic sheet. 

.

Heat a nonstick flat pan and then pour in 1/2 teaspoon of oil put the flatten rava roti
Let it cook till it is brown
Turn it over and cook 
Serve with Coconut Chutney
