I am big fan of peanut balls. However whenever my mum does it she also do it with Roasted Gram dhal also. These days you can get Ground nut (peanut balls) in the shops but I seldom see Roasted Gram Dhal balls. Suddenly I had the urge to eat the roasted gram dhal balls. My kids never tried that before. I wanted to give it a try. It came out very good.
Ingredients
Method
1.In a pan, add jaggery and water and allow the jaggery to dissolve. When the jaggery gets dissolved, strain the jaggery juice to remove sand particles. Boil strained jaggery juice in the pan and allow it to boil in low flame till it becomes hard consistency( When a drop of jaggery juice is added to water, it should not dissolve, rather we should be able to form it to a ball)
