Ingredients:
Tamarind – lemon sized
Grated Jaggery – 3 tablespoon
Seedless Dates – 5 (Chop and cook it microwave or on the stove for 3-5 mins. Use little water to cook)
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Method
Mix all the ingredients except tamarind in the mixie and grind it
Soak tamarind and extract juice out of
Heat the kada and add the grinded paste and tamarind water
let it boil and switch it off
